The Fine Print

• No purchase necessary to win. Purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your odds of winning.
• Contest is open only to residents of North Carolina, who are at least eighteen {18} years old at the time of entry.
• The immediate family {spouse, parents, siblings and children} and household members of General Equipment Rental are not eligible. 
• Drawing will take place on ____________________.
• Entries will be accepted from ___________________ through ________________.
• One entry per entrant. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
• Winner will receive a $__________  gift certificate, valid for equipment rentals at General Equipment Rental.
• Value of gift certificate may be applied against actual rental fee only. Taxes and damage waiver are excluded.
• Gift certificate is non-transferrable, and expires ninety (90) days from date of issue.
• Number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
• Entries are accepted via text to CityGro number 85-775
• Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different identities or mobile phone numbers, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
• Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or invalid entries.
• The winning entrant will be selected at random by random.org on ___________________, and will be notified by text. 
• If the winning entrant cannot be contacted via text, or fails to reply to the text notification within seventy-two (72) hours, he/she forfeits the winnings.
• In the event that the winning entrant forfeits for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing by Rafflecopter.com. There will be one (1) alternate drawing after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.
• Contest entry constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and sponsor’s and administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
