As an Equipment Technician, you must be organized and communicate well. We seek a dedicated team player who can interface with customers and work independently.

In the Equipment Technician role, you will work independently to maintain company-owned excavation equipment and service trailers.

Maintenance responsibilities include:

• Providing timely preventative maintenance to company assets
• Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
• Meeting key performance metrics and productivity goals
• Providing knowledgeable and courteous service to our customers
• Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
• Keeping a clean, organized work space

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools
• Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
• Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime
• Must possess and maintain a valid North Carolina state driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to occasionally lift as much as 100 lbs.
