As an Equipment Technician, you must be organized and communicate well. We seek a dedicated team player who can interface with customers and work independently.
In the Equipment Technician role, you will work independently to maintain company-owned excavation equipment and service trailers.
Maintenance responsibilities include:
- Providing timely preventative maintenance to company assets
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
- Meeting key performance metrics and productivity goals
- Providing knowledgeable and courteous service to our customers
- Looking for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
- Keeping a clean, organized work space
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime
- Must possess and maintain a valid North Carolina state driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to occasionally lift as much as 100 lbs.
